Back to the rock...Grenada!

Well, it has almost been a week since we returned to Grenada and we are nicely settling into our new apartment digs in True Blue.  We are also very excited to have Huckleberry, our almost-five-year-old puggle, along for the adventure!

It is also great to be back in our own apartment again.  Over the past year we left our apartment in Baltimore, moved in with CW's mom, Nancy, got married, moved to Grenada (where we lived in a dorm room) and then moved back from Grenada with Nancy for the summer.

Here are some images of our new place...

The front of the house (not all ours, subdivided into apartments).

Our front doors - one leads to the living room, the other leads to our kitchen

The tropical beauty just outside our front door

Inside the front door, the living room and Huckleberry

Our living room

A little area that we refer to as the "Origami Tsunami"... I keep myself busy with all kinds of art!

Side view of the living room and the hallway that leads to the bedrooms/bathroom

The kitchen!

Huck thinks I am taking his picture in every room...it's like playing Where's Waldo

Entering the bathroom

The shower - I like the dual shower curtain action

A seperate toilet room...essential when living with a guy...

Our bedroom with CW modeling the full-size bed (which is a little cramped with two adults and a dog).

Guest room/Nancy's room/Storage for now

CW's study desk in the guest room

The back door off our living room that leads to our porch and the large patio

The patio and where Huck goes to run and play in the sunshine

A quick clip of Huck and I playing

A fruit tree (not sure what kind of fruit) that always has tons of butterfly moths around it

A citrus fruit tree (again unsure of the exact kind of citrus, we'll see once its ripe)

WE HAVE OUR OWN STARFRUIT TREE!!! My personal favorite!

Starfruit galore! And our landlady is so sweet that she lets us pick and eat as much as we want!

HUGE palm tree in our backyard

Mango tree

Another unidentified fruit tree...we'll find out what it is soon though!
